No Refund Policy on Custom Orders
As all our sign boards are custom-made to meet specific client requirements, we do not offer refunds once production has started. This includes:
- Custom designs requested by the client.
- Personalized signage with unique measurements, colors, or branding.
- Manufactured sign boards that have been printed, engraved, or assembled.
Order Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your order before production begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a deduction for design and processing costs.
- Orders canceled after production has started are not eligible for a refund.
Returns & Replacement Policy
We only offer returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective sign board, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide photos as proof.
- Incorrect Order: If the product received does not match your confirmed order, we will remake or replace it at no additional cost.
Conditions for Returns & Replacements:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
Customers must return the defective item before a replacement is issued.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where:
We are unable to complete your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
There is a significant error from our side that cannot be corrected.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
Customer Responsibility
Ensure that the final design approval is correct before production begins.
Provide accurate measurements and specifications to avoid any errors.
Handle sign boards with care to prevent damage after delivery.
